This is exactly what happens when one access a post via general feed instead of the subforum itself and when one is parsimonious writing the questions

Okay
So you have to visit the User group from ACP and Create a new user group or edit the existing one and set the banner text and color then assign the group to the user as Secondary user groups
Then you will see the badge.
For example here user will get a Green Reporter Badge and their username will be Yellow as I set it on the attachment.
