Get what you pay for. Which includes a crap hosting service 
Been around the block and tried all the cheap hosting offers over the past 20 years.
Advice I'd give is pay more get more as with anything. I'd half-arse recommend Hostinger for their support alone but Krystal in the UK for unbeatable service and amazing support. Plus they have been around for yonks which is a plus you should always prioritise when looking for reputable hosting
