Mate, I'm not the developer of this theme, and the files I'm sharing I can prove at every moment (as I have done) are the original ones as I own them. To help the community here I do what I can and in this case, I'm doing. I even installed a local one and tried to create the problem ;). I'm just trying to help with what I can asap, testing needs a bit more time, and hope you can understand. There are too many possibilities, and most of the users here not having this issue, so it means is rare.

I totally agree with you and you don't have to prove anything... not to me... not to anyone else. :) I am just having this weird problem and just like you, this problem is not showing locally. It is showing only on the remote server. But as I also have not seen anybody arise this problem, that means it may be a problem with my server and I have to talk to my host for this problem. And mate, I am grateful to you that you at least tried to help. As you uploaded it, I thought you might use it and you might have some answer. I did not complain. I am just trying to solve this issue... trying to get some answer. Let me talk to my host, then I will update what they have to say.

It's ok mate, try to take a look on htaccess. sometimes I had an issue with it blocking files, even js. See what It blocks or try to make it clean from blocking, try even another currency symbol. I'm not sure but these are possibilities.

This is my client's website. So, I cannot change the currency. But I can install it in a separate folder and see what it does with a changed currency and will look into .htaccess. Thanks a lot.

Well to test it need mostly 30 seconds. I understand that in live session is complicated but that can give a hint.

I will update after testing on a new installation because if something goes North, my client's business will be hampered which will be bad for my reputation.

My problem has been solved with the help of @TassieNZ . He gave me the latest version 1.3.0 of Motopress Hotel Bookin PDF Invoice and it has solved this issue. Thank you @TassieNZ for giving me this plugin and thanks to @maximus also for trying wholeheartedly to solve this problem.
