Yo guys, I stumbled upon this philippinetaxationguro(dot)com website and opened it in incognito mode. Every time I hover somewhere, as in somewhere, like even in white spaces, it changes to a link something like in attachment.
How did they do this kind of stuff? If it is Adsense code, does it violates the AdSense policy?
My 1st time, I think, creating a thread. If it violates or in a wrong place, please let me know or move it in a correct section. Thanks much
