How do I remove the plugin "activate key for automatic updates" section?

There is no automatic way to do it, however, you can probably access the php file of every plugin and find the lines that define "notifications" "alerts" and depending on their current value, set them to "0" or "off".
Is there anyway to remove these types of popups?
