Please help, is there a simple way to buy a google domain using PayPal?

Edit: In my case, I bought domains a year ago and soon the validity period expired while the card I used at that time was no longer accepted by Google.

If you use Google pay, you need to create US payment profile that you can add PayPal to .. PayPal need to be from states as well To be linked.

it is not possible to buy domain from google domains through paypal. google uses its own payout check integrated into the google pay wallet.
the best way is for you to buy from a third party and transfer via paypal as @OzatuZana commented. i can also sell and I highly recommend google domains, it really is the best.
