You should be very careful with using scripts for your contact form. The 'animated form' linked above may look nice, but it has no security checks whatsoever. That's like leaving your house door wide open.
The code above by 'Cats Who Code' is a lot better, but since you don't seem to have coding skills, I strongly advice to use a simple (but secure) contact form plug-in (as long as it's not Contact Form 7...).

You can use typeform, they allow embeding, much more secure than use a Plugin in my opinion.
And of course you can use Google Forms, I preer Typeform

You can use https://www.jqueryform.com for custom form design. Also it has, if you want a very basic wordpress iframe plugin. Free with footer note
