How to edit text on an illustrator graphic?

Hi Friends,

Could you please help me with how to edit text on an illustrator logo?

Alternatively can someone please change the text for me? Just the word Logo to Hox

Here is the .eps template:

If able to record a video as a tutorial for future use, I would be grateful.

You can't edit the text in that file because the text was converted into shapes.

So in this case you have to create the text from scratch.
