I mean I want to integrate the custom registration form to work with other plugin in my website. E.g wpforo and also get to see users that register on my WordPress user at the back end

for that you have to use web hooks, actions if they provide developer support(of the plugin )or wordpress webhooks,actions. Refer https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/register_form/
