try on github. there is many project/script about that
You should be able to upload any file on Dropbox, the question is though, why would you when we have
platforms like git
As @Mecky Clouds was mentioning, try github. You can always make the repository private!
You can use rclone and mount a folder, use "what-ever-you-want-upload-script" for that and mount the file directory.
