Building Olx type web on Wordpress is not a good Idea better start it from Code Igniter. Also you can use CI Bonfire https://github.com/ci-bonfire/Bonfire
You can use prebuilt WordPress site with multi venders .. adforest if not mistaken .
But I would rather build it from scratch using php framework,
