It's possible but might not function exactly like this one.

You might need: Wp Ultimo

A page builder like Elementor.

A theme like Astra or Ocean Wp

A forms builder with survey feature like WP Forms.

You might also need the Uncanny Automator plugin for more complex features.

On and on..

There's no actual documentation or step. It depends on how good your wordpress development skills are.

it's an advanced way of creating a complex website with wordpress.

But
First you need to get all the plugins and the theme in place.

Next you draw a layout of how they're all going to fit.

Then you start building according to the layout you drew.
