i will buy a reseller account for my web sites
the cost will be 500usd per year.
i like to share the cost with forum members
if 100 user get there hosting the price will be 5usd per user

That will split resources as:
10 Gb/user space
250Gb/user traffic

Resources which you cannot control. If one does streaming trough that host those resources will deplete fast.
If one user get too many dmca takedown notices your host might be suspended
Can you trust 100 users that nothing bad will happen?
