STAFF EDIT: As this member is now banned from Babiato if you have any issues with his services then in the first instance you should try contacting him via the email address he gave you to make the PayPal payment.

Anyone that hasn't got what they paid for should file a PayPal dispute, that is clear what the site rules say.

It's not about accusing the mods. Feel free to do it if you think you are right and the mods are wrong. There's no such thing as getting banned because you accused a mod. But I can bet that 99% of the cases the mod is right according to the rules. Newly created accounts might get banned from the first mistake if it's serious enough. For old and active accounts the usual punishment is getting warned. Couple times before a temp ban is applied. But if you continue to argue on the same matter tho you were proven wrong that's idiocy.

But mods can be wrong sometimes. We are humans. And you can nicely prove us wrong. Within the rules. Don't be afraid to challenge a mod's decision but be mannered and start from a solid ground.
