That sucks. What part of India are you in? I'm curious, it can't be blocking the entire access to the internet because you're posting here. So is it at ISP level, or something else? Would a VPN let you get around it (I guess probably not...though IDK, probably not a SOCKS proxy either or an SSH tunnel). I imagine it must be pretty bad in terms of uprising/protests if they are willing to do such a drastic thing, unless the government of India is a lot more authoritarian and repressive than we in the US hear about and I don't know, it just seems to me like this is a huge overreaction and they probably don't want to keep things like this for too long, it has to be a huge financial hit for them.

EDIT: Damn @Tomz that sucks. Have you tried using alternate DNS? I know Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 (and 1.0.0.1 works for people a lot of the time, as does a few services I know of in Iceland/Switzerland I'll list below). Lemme know if you (or anyone in this thread posting here) is in need of an RDP/VPN or SSH tunnel I can give you access thru a server in the US. Genuine offer because I hate censorship, for people who are legitimately needing it only.

Here's that DNS info I mentioned:

One of the most important parts of a working Internet is an uncensored DNS. We run a pair of public resolvers which provide access to the ICANN root zone. All resolvers support DNSSEC.
  • Servers for IPv4:
    • 194.132.32.32 (supports dnscrypt, see below)
    • 46.246.46.246
  • Servers for IPv6:
    • 2001:67C:1350:DEAD:BEEF::246
    • 2C0F:F930:DEAD:BEEF::32
A dedicated set of DNS servers is available for use when connected to the VPN.
  • Servers for IPv4:
    • 194.132.32.23
    • 46.246.46.46
  • Servers for IPv6:
    • 2C0F:F930:DEAD:BEEF::23
    • 2001:67C:1350:DEAD:BEEF::46
DNScrypt support
The public resolver also supports DNScrypt. To use DNScrypt with Windows take a look at Simple DNSCrypt client. For OSX you can use dnscrypt-osxclient.
  • Provider key: C44C:566A:A8D6:46C4:32B1:04F5:3D00:961B:32DC:71CF:1C04:BD9E:B013:E480:E7A4:7828
  • Provider name:2.dnscrypt-cert.ipredator.se
  • Pubkey TXT record:pubkey.resolver2.ipredator.se
  • IPv4 address: 194.132.32.32
  • IPv6 address: 2C0F:F930:DEAD:BEEF::32

Here are some verified (just now) Swiss DNS servers, public and open:

193.192.250.2
80.238.198.225 [gw.ptr-80-238-198-225.customer.ch.netstream.com]

Switzerland and Iceland consistently rank among the best places in the world for internet freedom/privacy, in case anyone is wondering why I am using such random places. I'm aware this may not be of any help to anyone right now (as I'm unsure of how this blocking works) but hope that it can be of use to someone, even if you are in a country where you have free access to the web consider changing your operating system's DNS settings and setting up DNScrypt/DNS over HTTPS anyway, you don't need to be giving your ISP and other web companies information to spy on you.

If your isp stopped your internet then there is really nothing you can do
But there are many ways to run internet without that also but they require lot of brainstorming
