I have been using WordPress for a very long time. Like most people here I started learning WordPress by installing a lot of plugins and themes and just mucking around.
I use to pay at the $5 sites to get a copy of plugin, and then I had to email the owners of that website for an update.
I was so happy when I found out about Babiato. It is the best resource of try before you buy.
I am a strong believer, if a plugin is making you money, then buy from the developer, it is only fair. They put in the hard work to develop a piece of software that you use to earn an income.
But until you do make money, babiato is a great place to start!
