I just uninstall and installed the Brave browser, now everything is clear.

My browser problem.

Yeah you're right, the issue caused by this link link removed by staff I'm also getting Red warning only on this link.

@iamanoob Following issue can be seen when Website SSL is renewed after renewal your browser cached ssl key and new key doesn't match your browser will show such security issue following will be automatically solve in few days.
You can access website with new browser there you will not see this warning.

Better solution is to add img.x11 dot pw to blacklisted urls .
