Is DigitalOcean the best option regarding price/benefits?

I'm looking forward to creating a couple of SAAS and i'm still not sure which cloud provider i should get. AWS seems way too expensive for what i need (which might not even prosper) so i've had my eye on DigitalOcean and Vulture. The SAAS will be mostly for automation

i personally tested some cloud... google cloud really bad wordpress keep getting offline (free tier account)
i stick to digital ocean cause it is loading faster

You didn't say if you know about servers and stuff, because if you don't, you need a managed provider, and in that case, I'm thinking cloudways or ovh.
Also like asked before, what region are you interested in? and what resources you need?

DO best for all around world ip speed...... Vultr little lag behind... maybe cause of firewall...
