I was web developer as a freelancer but since long back I was planning to start a site like this, so let know that having webiste like this have any legal issues?

Only thing i know is that hosting any illegal content in india is an offense. But Babiato.org is available in India without any issue, so you also could host similar site. only when someone report your site, your site might be taken down, but not you
