is running multiple vpn app (nordvpn,surfshark,hideme,hma etc etc) on same laptop assure more privacy/security????

If it is possible. It will be probably Yess!! because you will be using different ip to connect to different Ip address to another IP. I am really keen to see what will happen if you did that.😁

Nothing interesting will happen, perhaps a VPN might not work well with another active.

Let's put it simply: just installing and connecting two VPN clients at once won't work. When activating the second VPN it will likely end up with a routing error, and even if it doesn't the two will conflict with one another until eventually one of them wins the fight and is the only service to route your traffic.

not at all, vpn connections wont relay each other or scramble connections between them.
if you configure multiple servers to relay each other like tor, that might increase privacy but not promised
