Is there no risk/consequences running anime sites?

Hello newbie here, I have seen lots of anime sites in Babiato review section. Just wanted to know:

Is it safe to run anime sites? I whois check most of the sites, didn't even find any small sites cared about being anonymous. No one using njal.la .to, is domains, offshore hostings.

Anime site owners if you see my thread can you please share your experiences about the level of risk/DMCA involved and can you please tell how you are monetizing.

will a site earning 1-1000$ per month be off the radar?

Experts please I need your advice/opinion

there are always risks.

If videos are copyrighted you cant use them. And also you cant use google adsense

for a site earning 1-1000$ month, Domain/hosting Takedown, or getting sued is more likely?

if copyright owner wants,

he/she can remove the content or by laws he/she can wants your hosting to suspend the account same as domain

so no court actions, worth suing for a site earning 1-1000$ per month right?

Whatever you are providing it doesnt matter.

If it has copyright, than same rules can be approve
