Laravel script customisation needed - Free if possible or very cheap

Hi, guys, if anyone free and kind to help me customise 2 laravel scripts whould be awesome. The scripts are installed on a VPS, both running but for one few functions are bit defective and i dont know PHP or laravel, i just started to learn the basics of CSS and javascript this days... i have a long way till PHP. And for the other one i want to add two functions that is not yet avail in the script, and tunning a bit another function. The script is an invoice and financial tracker, and i want to be able to upload invoices as PDF for incomes and expenses also, and to generate thumbnails for documents uploaded. Or if not too much work to add this functions to the first script, that is more important, is a repair store booking system, that generates invoices for clients, but does not have an expense module to be able to add expenses ... and what is a bit defective it has a dashboard that shows total incomes, taxes, and the profit should be calculated incomes minus taxes and it`s not. I just started a small local computer repair store, and my budget is very limited... so what i can afford to pay for the help is max 10 Euro.
