Secondly, probably someone can "suggest" to you instead of help because you want to building a website not geting help part of building website. Or someone can make a website for you with a fee.

Begin using page builders like Oxygen Builder /or/ Bricks Builder

With page builders, you are not limited. Only your imagination would limit you.
There are other page builders, they are all bloated.
