The purpose of this website is to connect students and teachers. There will be profiles of lecturers and list of courses taught by each of them. When students enter the site, they can see a list of the lecturers' profiles and filter them according to location/subjects/experience etc. etc. When said student finds a lecturer suitable for him, he can visit the profile, choose any course taught by the lecturer, make payment and enrol in it. The same goes for courses, students can search and filter courses by many variables.
Note: The courses are taken manually through Zoom meetings and such, so my WordPress site won't act like an LMS (there won't be any online course). It'll just show which student wants to enrol in which course, then we'll contact them manually and forward them to the classes and such.
Please give me some suggestions as to how I should approach building such a site. Is there any particular theme or plugin that'll make things easier?
