STEP 1: Start a conversation with Tomz with this button: Start Conversation
STEP 2: In the title Bar, write Proof of Purchase for the theme Mallon
STEP 3: Attach your proof of purchase (Either a picture of your proof or the pdf receipt in there.
STEP 4: Click on the Start a Conversation
SEE? Easy as swallowing a pie.
