@BlakenFist I can see image in my media gallery, and max_upload_size is 40mb. When I save the templates, it just do not save.

Option 1: Try with a different Hosting
Option 2: Check your Debug Logs
Option 3: Purchase from the developer and ask him to identify the issue.

You should try adding the Meme Templates gallery to a WordPress page and check it on in preview or on a live site to see if the template images are linked correctly.
