/system/core/Router.php
on line number 402 delete -> !
if ( ! is_string($val) && is_callable($val))

sample
if (is_string($val) && is_callable($val))

end

remove in purchase_code.php
this line -> $purchase_code = "xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx";

you can login to the admin panel now
