Anyone who has installed this script is facing the error on the site created? I created the site on the subdomain it was created successfully but is it empty and the admin URL returns a 404 error

Not Found​

The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I uploaded the code but whenever I try to access the page, there is an aoutmated download. The site wants to download something. Can you help me?

The biggest problem of this script is, it requires to set the username and password for the database as 'root' otherwise it will not be able to create separate database for tenants/sellers which is very very DANGEROUS and a BIG 'NO-NO'. I think I don't have to explain why it is DANGEROUS and a BIG 'NO-NO'.

I haven't tried it yet, but if that's the case, I think it can be solved with a little tweaking of the source code.
