Hey, frontend developer here, here's some feedback
Site's ok, but you should ditch the black backgorunds in the header. Just go for a transparent one with white text on colored bg.
Header, - remove the slide effect on the second navigation as you don't need a sticky header
- remove top bar and home button from the nav bar (you don't need it as you can "go home" by clicking the logo)
- instead, put Forums Login Register in the same line and you will have a much cleaner
Footer - remove black color, increase the padding or the height of the 4 column section and just output those with a colored header and black text ( just move #baglanti-id section outsdide the footoer)
