That is because your submenu is only triggered when on mobile.
<span class="stm_mobile__dropdown"></span>
this is inactive when on desktop version

Check again your menu definitions also theme settings, somewhere there you've made a mistake.
If not then is a theme bug and that menu option is only available for mobile.

1- You have wrong configuration/setting..
Please install fresh and test it worked 100%.
Install fresh =clear (cache, cookies, and temp file of wp/chrome).

2- And also read documentation properly.
Or you can use it with older version for installation then replace new version into directory..

If still issue persist.. then send me screenshot ..

@zen123 .. there's a theme coding issue which only appear when you use hamburger style menu on desktop. Other styles (vertical, hamburger full are working properly) but only hamburger have issues. Didn't have time to finish checking for bug's solution as I had to go to work. If you install the theme only on a test site and add some menu with submenu and set theme's header menu style to hamburger for desktop you'll see the issue.

OHHH OK. THANKS, BRO. then wait for the next official version release. Maybe the developer fixes this bug in the next version.
