But that will take too much time for me ...i am android developer but all this kind of code require php side as well for admin panel....

Well am a backend developer if u are interested u can handle front-end with Flutter or kotlin and I build up the backend part that would be the best way we can achieve same am also looking out for a clone like this exactly

Some pay is just an xml UI design even the developer/ author has no backend built up for it u still got to rebuild up your own custom backend

No i talked to smartpay person he has backend admin panel but he cost too much for that i cant afford that ..
