A link to a product sales page would help.

The only thing I know that is exactly called "Elementor WooCommerce Builder" is part of Elementor Pro itself.

Yeah but couldn't find any woo related widgets anywhere in pro. Or may be it's because I still haven't activate Woocommerce yet since I didn't started to work on the shop yet. Gonna try that I guess.

Yes Woocommerce needs to be active. Then you will see new tabs for creating Single Product & Product Archive pages in Templates > Theme Builder.
