Need help. Facing strange screen on startup.

Recently when I loaded demo site, I got this screen. Has any one faced such issue before? What could be the reason? Your help will shorten my investgation time. TIA.

Do you have W3 total cache installed and active? It seems like a collision in gzip compress delivery with incorrect headers
