Need help in adding age restriction to woocommerce checkout

Hello there!

I am building an online store for a client with woocommerce and want to add age restriction to the checkout. People who are below the required age, need to submit there parent consent and ID to complete the checkout process.
Also, this restriction is required for only the COD (Cash On Delivery) payment method.
What happened was an underage guy ordered a product with COD, and his parents cancelled the order on the doorstep which caused loss to the website owner.

There are many different age verification plug-ins. However, with none of them you can be absolutely sure that what the client provides (birthday, answering yes/no to an age question) is true. In short: claiming to be older than in reality, an underage person can still order and parents can still intervene.

Is there a way to add custom field to upload files (Photo ID) when Cash on Delivery is selected as payment method?

Sure, you can do that either with Advanced Custom Fields, or with a plug-in called Booster for WooCommerce. In the description it says:
  • Checkout Files Upload – Let customers upload files on (or after) the checkout (1 file allowed in free version).
You may have to alter that a bit to only have it at the COD payment, but it shouldn't be too difficult.

Another plug-in you might want to test is Checkout Manager for WooCommerce.

Really thanks for your help bro! Would you please mind helping me out on how to show the file upload option only at COD payment? I can't actually figure it out how to do it.
