need help in content writing for special niche in non english language

Hello All,
I am preparing for niche site but I need tools to translate english articles to non english then I will edit the content manually to be unique.. after that I publish the articles on the wordpress site..
what tools will help me to do that ?
any recomendations ?
note: I didn't need multilingual website.. my niche is in one language but not english..
