Your best hope is to learn php first. Download some programming guides (there's lots of pdfs online) and understand how to read the language.
Next download WAMP (it runs a full local website serving system), or find an alternative (like Local from Flywheel).
Install Wordpress, and start learning to read the different php pages that are called, and write lots of notes.
For anything more than this, it will take time and practice. There are lots of online resources, and lots of people here to help.
