I am getting this error can anyone tell me what changes i can do??

Its a Tech blog site
the name of website is Thetechtornado .com
and i have around 20-25 Blog post on it but google adsense rejected the site and added the this link

Hey

I just reviewed your website.

1. No internal linking
2. No contact us page
3. Pls remove tags in footer and give the links to necessary "page" not post.
4. add newsletter as well in footer
5. Remove copywrite and put your copywrite.
6. Remove the top bar (not required as of now)


Rest all good to go.
