Upload on public folder.

Rname .env.example to .env and set writable permissions (CHMOD 0777) to .env file
Directories storage, bootstrap/cache and the bootstrap should be writable (CHMOD 0777) by your web server
Then go to yoursite.com/install page and istall it

A big ooof for me...need to create a database...but everytime the process finish with:
Database connection failed: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2005] Unknown MySQL server host 'domain_DMPILOT' (-2)
