Open Google Chrome and visit Chrome Web Store and search for Edit This Cookie on the search panel.
Select the first extension and click on add to chrome.
After successfully adding the extension you will see a widget on the top right corner.
Now go to the website which you want to import cookies and click the Edit This Cookie widget.
Now click on the import tab (4th Tab) of the editthiscookie widget and paste the cookie (all the info from Spoiler above) and click OK.
Now refresh the website.
Enjoy!

You need Smart TV. Smart TVs have Netflix already on them—ready for you to watch. There’s no need to add another device.

If you don't have a Smart TV, then you need a HDMI cable for it to work. Providing your PC/Laptop has a HDMI slot!

This is the easiest way how to use the cookie.

Open your VPN app (NordVPN, etc.) if your country can't accessed Netflix, and connect to US (United State), i recommended this.

Open your Google Chrome browser, do not make your life difficult with other browsers.

Go to https://www.netflix.com/

Copy the "cookie" above (in the spoiler).

Click EditThisCookie. If you don't have yet one, just add to your browser, go to: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/editthiscookie/fngmhnnpilhplaeedifhccceomclgfbg?hl=en View attachment 18068

Hit the "Import" button. Did you see right bold arrow there? View attachment 18074

Paste the cookie in the blank area and than click the green thick button to save. View attachment 18073

Reload the page or hit F5 button on your keyboard.
