Internet is free to express opinions. But particular communities MAY HAVE some rules to follow to prevent scammers and trolls. That's why the rules are important in COMMUNITIES.

To answer your previous question: Products sold by trusted sellers are trusted and safe. Tho I would recommend to read carefully the selling thread so you know what exactly you get for the amount.
