* Bcz the creator make it hard to be nulled, so if someone nulled it mean he powerfull, if not, mean this is smart developper,
* when you use it in paid domain but the footer show this template is free, that make ur visitors scared and escape from ur website.
* When you nulled it, u awake the developper and make him make Big update and he learn from his mistakes
