I was thinking of renting out my hosting to others. Currently I'm on a self managed dedicated server (base metal) which are colocater at two places - Netherlands and Romania(Real time backup). My friend works at the DC and manages it and acts as system admin. I get many copyright notices but nothing has ever happened.
