You need XMLRPC enabled. Always check the requirements, and of course the debug notices and/or logs.

I've been looking into getting an update (it's at 2.6 now, which has some things I'd definitely skip 2.4 for) - but it's been a hassle; as I don't have access to the woocommerce.com version anymore. So, for now... I'm sorry, but I can not update this, yet.
(Note that I don't have access anymore; because I canceled the subscription & made my own plugin for this purpose back then (JSON-RPC based instead of XML-RPC, yuck). However, it's not in a state in which I'd share this publicly yet, it has been in production for a while.)

I was looking for 2.7 but looks like this resource will not be updated anymore.
