Error when installing :
"Attempt to create database and tables failed.
Please double check all of the values in the Database settings section.
If your database doesn't exist yet, please create it manually using your favorite database administration tool (e. g. phpMyAdmin) and come back after it is done.
Internal error message was: Error updating admin user"
I checked twice for the database, everything is right. Can't change admin name and password and can't create new operator

There was only one update after this and that was in 2018. This script is probably dead anyway
