Hi guys, please help me!
I installed a Codecanyon website script on my local server, in order to easily customize the site.
Now that I have finished the customization, I have no idea how to migrate it to an online host.

Help please! Thanks and kisses

This is pretty easy if you have SSH access. If not you can use FTP or the hosting file manager. Do you have an online host already?

Yes, but when I installed the script, I specified localhost as the server and that's what's confusing me. All the links start with localhost if I put it online there will be no specific manipulation to do to specify my new server?

Hi buddy, if you have ftp access to your new server, you may upload it through ftp..or thru your cpanel file manager tool (you can either zip and upload and extract it, or you can upload it as a folder), in addition, you may have to update every url to reflect your new server's url..if this is a full script, it should be stored in a table in the database..or the script should have an option to update the base url so it would be easy to change the url from https://localhost/ to your new server like https://www.yournewserver.com/...hth..

If you use vps you should start with aapanel. It is quite simple for those who are new or need simplicity. Also if you want to use hosting then everything is similar.
Add domain name -> upload code -> import database (if needed) -> get results. If there is an error about the path, please reconfigure.
If you don't know how to use FTP, upload directly using the file manager in the panel.
