Hey, can you help me with the droppy file sharing installation?

It says this in localhost

Not Found​

The requested URL was not found on this server.


It says this in the live server

404 - File or directory not found.​

and when I try the install previous 2.3.9 version it asks for the purchase code

Please help me with this it will be very helpful
