please help me to upload theme in wordpress

hello there can you please help me to upload the theme in wordpress . i tried all thing . firstly i am getting error like " the link you follow is expried . so i increase the upload mb to 64mb and now i am getting this new error that the page is not working .. help me please i want to upload adforest theme

Hello,

firstly did you increased the limit in .httaccess file ? If yes, that means you are good to go.

.httaccess file:
Code: 
php_value upload_max_filesize 64M
php_value post_max_size 128M
php_value memory_limit 256M
php_value max_execution_time 300
php_value max_input_time 300

If the theme won’t upload through Admin Dashboard try uploading it via FTP.

upload the theme in wp-content/themes folder. Upload the zip file of the theme and extract it there. All theme files must be placed in folder named by the theme.

Then go to wp admin dashboard in appearance you should see the theme. Activate it and you are ready to go!
