I'm not understanding what that is, probably because of the language. Is this like service comparison / compare feature?
It is similar to the wordpress themes that are called Listings/Directories, hence you can modify some features to work as shown in the image.

The idea is to do something similar in wordpress, it is an area of future sales, where we analyze the possibility of selling a product that does not yet exist, estimating the dates and prices
If you are looking to estimate and quote a product to the customer, a great plugin could be WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder, now, to be able to show several products with several producers as in the photo, I doubt it is possible with this plugin, It would be well understood the purpose of your system, if you could exemplify it would be the best!

Well, if you already have the most important thing that is the marketplace, what would be missing would be a multi-vendor plugin, such as:

Or the main theme would be:
REHub - Price Comparison, Affiliate Marketing, Multi Vendor Store, Community Theme
