Plugin to show site with ads for free visitors, remove ads for paid members

There are a ton of plugins that hide content if someone has an ad blocker.

I would like to achieve that people see content with ads if they are not paid members and without once they are.

Some major news sites have this. Is it possible with Wordpress and does anyone know how?
