First, you need to load GSAP and the free (for non-commercial use) plugin ScrollTrigger. So you still need to load a plugin in addition to the GSAP library to accomplish this course.
Paid plugins are awesome and I'm looking for this one in particular:

yeap. I know someone who can do for me but he asked me $8. but hopefully, someone listens to us. and the paid plugin is not one time purchased I think.you have to pay annually for plugins

Paying $8 to get all the plugins is not that expensive. However, I don't know the frequency of updates. If a year later, new features and plugins are updated it's worth paying $8 again.
In any case, I hope that someone will share the training and/or paid plugins.

Hello brother , I mention in my post was Gsap course not plugin . I asked this course because the instructor did not use paid plugins. and I have money to buy but I did not need this course yet, just hope someone dropthis course here any day. and very sorry I didn't realize that you were talking about paid plugins.
